Our menu takes its inspiration from Omani and other cuisines around the world, with an intention to bring back the old time flavours using both traditional and modern cooking techniques.
At Qibara, we pride ourselves on using only the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare our dishes – A’Saffa chicken, cold pressed juices and all our breads are baked in-house.
The food we serve comes from a well-equipped state-of-the art kitchen, cooked with ultra filtered PH balanced water, and prepared with no added chemicals, colouring or ajinomoto’s.
Our warm and welcoming interiors are home to a collection of painstakingly sourced original artifacts, posters and photos invoking the nostalgia of a bygone era.
